Application phase 1 deadline: 30 November 2018: All international applications submitted before 30 November 2018 will be reviewed and processed normally with no priority given to any geographic region.

Application phase 2 deadline: 30 March 2019: Between 1 December 2018 and 30 March 2019, priority will be given to applications which come from geographic areas which have been unable to submit applications before that point.
