The courses I had taken would lay a foundation for my prospective research and career, including Organizational Behavior, Management Communication, and, of course, Human Resources Management.

并且具体阐述了她的思考：

In the discussion of a case regarding resignation rate, I, as speaker of our team, pointed that salaries and benefits were not enough to retain young workforce within a particular company, and it demanded more personalized rewards to encourage loyalty.

再次是她的实习经历。刚开始Z同学认为自己只是做了一些计算工资等细微的工作，并未重视她的实习。经过我们挖掘，才让她意识到自己的收获显然不止这些。Although it seemed to be trivial, it did allow me to learn a lot and boost my confidence in working in the field.
