As you will know, Deakin is a leader in the delivery of online education. We are pleased to advise that DUELI will be offering our direct entry English for Academic Purposes (EAP) pathway programs for offshore students to study online.
All four levels of the EAP program will available from Intake 4, commencing on 26 April 2020. The DUELI EAP online course will be taught by current DUELI teachers. Students will be required to work with other international students in pair work, discussions, group presentations and group discussions. DUELI EAP在线课程将由现任DUELI老师授课。学生将被要求与其他国际学生进行结对练习、讨论、小组报告和小组讨论。
DUELI will offer the following programs:DUELI将提供以下课程 EAP 1: Duration five weeks. Entry level 4.5 or equivalent (based on the lowest IELTS band) EAP 2: Duration five weeks. Entry level 5.0 or equivalent (based on the lowest IELTS band) EAP 3: Duration five weeks. Entry level 5.5 or equivalent (based on the lowest IELTS band) EAP 4: Duration five weeks. Entry level 6.0 or equivalent (based on the lowest IELTS band) Each EAP level is five weeks long, and involves study for four hours a day, five days a week or equivalent (including group project work, group assignments and reading tasks that may be unsupervised). Your students must meet the minimum combined assessment level score of 60% in order to progress from one EAP level to the next. Class sizes will be between 10-15 students.
