曼彻斯特大学 Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering 电子电器工程学院（又称三个 E 学院）下的所有专业都要 10 月份以后再递交哦，现在递交后，学生申请会被撤销或者被拒，10 月份需要重新递交新申请，大学才会审理。
